LOS ANGELES/SHERMAN OAKS—On Thursday, January 22, 29-year-old Arthur Itskovich, owner of A A Auto Body in Los Angeles, was taken into custody after investigators from the District Attorney’s Bureau of Investigation discovered massive amounts of marijuana and opiate derivative pills in his home, according to the prosecutors handling the case.
