ICBC cuts basic auto insurance rates

This winter, drivers looking to save will be in luck. Last week, ICBC announced that the basic insurance rate for motorists will be cut by 2.4 per cent beginning Nov. 1. That's up from the rate cut of 1.9 per cent on basic insurance announced several weeks ago.
