Travelers Offers Discount For Commercial Fleets That Install Driver-Monitoring Devices

The Travelers Cos. on Tuesday announced a discount of up to 15 percent for some commercial auto insurance plans if the company installs driver-monitoring devices on its vehicle fleet.
